Lazenby + Co. Renovations provides residential and business renovation, remodeling, and repair services. All work is scheduled and completed based on availability, project scope, and agreed-upon terms detailed in client estimates or service agreements.
3. Estimates & Pricing
- All project estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation.
- Estimates are subject to change if project scope, materials, or conditions differ from initial assumptions.
- Additional work requested by the client that falls outside the original scope will be billed separately.
4. Deposits & Payments
- Some projects may require a deposit before work begins.
- Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Failure to provide payment may result in project delay, cancellation, or legal action to recover owed amounts.
5. Subcontractors
We may engage trusted subcontractors to assist in completing certain aspects of your project. All subcontractors are expected to operate under the same standards of quality, professionalism, and confidentiality.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and efficient service, clients agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the job site.
- Communicate any concerns or changes promptly.
- Remove personal belongings or valuables from work areas when requested for safety and protection.
7. Project Changes & Delays
Construction and renovation projects may be affected by unexpected site conditions, material availability, or weather. We will communicate any delays or adjustments as soon as reasonably possible.
8. Warranties & Quality Assurance
We take pride in our craftsmanship. Warranty details may vary depending on the type of work and will be discussed directly with the client. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or alterations by another party after completion is not covered.
9. Website Use
- All content on our website—including text, images, and branding—is the property of Lazenby + Co. Renovations and may not be copied or used without permission.
- Website information is provided for general reference and may not reflect the most current service offerings or pricing.
10. Liability
While we take all reasonable care in our work, Lazenby + Co. Renovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted service amount.
11. Cancellation Policy
If a scheduled service needs to be canceled or rescheduled, the client agrees to provide reasonable notice. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been purchased or work has already begun.
12. Governing Law
These Terms + Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate local jurisdiction.
